April, at the front desk, was friendly, helpful and a great embassador of customer service. This is my first visit with Ray's and I was very impressed with April and the treated me and other guests with courtesy and respect.

I had a time scheduled, I came early and after 30 minutes had passed from my appointment, I went to ask why they were taking so long and they said that the technician who takes the exam had not arrived. They went to call the technician to come and I was only seen more than 1 hour after my appointment.

The staff are doing their best. However, your systems are designed for efficiency and not at all customers servicoriented. It is unacceptable to wait 2 weeks for a radiologist review of my scans.

This is the worst place to make an appointment. The customer service is horrible, they make a lot of mistakes and when you complain instead of trying to fix the situation, they serve you with a very bad attitude. To tell you that they scheduled my appointment three times and on all three occasions they had a different error. And when you ask supervisor Margie expecting some kind of help, she is worse. I was never able to do the study, it was just a waste of time and I ended up scheduling somewhere else.

Took me 8 days to get an appointment, I told them that I wanted the facility that could me the soonest. I did and they told the doctor will receive my results in 10 days.I can't walk or go back to work. My doctor needs to see the results before he can determine how to treat it.

I am a physician and feel it needs to be said that the customer service and turnaround time has really worsened since they were bought out by a venture fund. Just spent 20 minutes on hold trying to get a stat result and order an ultrasound for a patient. Then the auto-attendant said to press 1 to be connected with doctors' line but it took me back to the front desk message and said to call back another day. I guess that's acceptable service nowadays. Will definitely be using another facility.

Staff is friendly, but my appointment was at 2:50 and I was asked to come in 30 minutes before the scheduled time...It's been an hour and a half, and I am still waiting in the lobby. I would have rescheduled if I knew they would take so long to conduct a 5 minute x-ray scan

if you need results back in a reasonable turnaround time, do not go here! I have been waiting an entire week for a report on a simple chest x-ray or preop and now my surgery is held up since the report is still not done. DCA never had problems like this. Definitely will be bringing my business to one of the other 20 imaging centers in the area.
